Alyusuf Holding was founded in 1972 by Mr. Sayed Husain Alyusuf. What began as a small, top-quality carpentry workshop was developed into a commercial and corporate trading and operations centre by his two sons Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Basim, upon their return from studies in USA.

Business expansion, upgrading and new markets followed, making the company a regional leader and a fine example of a modern family business.

The company has participated in many major projects as a supplier and as a construction industry service partner. Besides supplying leading international brands of building materials, Alyusuf Holding has a state-of-the-art glass processing facility that has the largest glass production capacity in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
